Group emotional intelligence and Mindfulness workshops & Trainings
These training programs meet weekly for 60-90 minutes with two of our qualified instructors. We will introduce mindfulness concepts, research, and practices. Sessions consist of a blend of content presentation, experiential exercises, guided meditations, and group discussions. While there is a standard sequence of content, each training program is uniquely designed to meet the needs of it’s participants and their organization.
Individual coaching sessions
Coaching sessions are one-on-one meetings aimed to deepen expertise and integrate mindfulness into daily life. Sessions last between 30 and 45 minutes. They are structured to include formal meditation instruction alongside investigation into how cognitive and emotional changes can be applied in personal life. Coaches are trained mindfulness instructors with psychotherapeutic experience. Coaching sessions can be provided on their own, or in addition to a group training program.
