      <image:title>home - Dylan Leigh</image:title>
<image:caption>When noticing the conditions that are detrimental to flourishing are persisting, Dylan became aware that a systems level approach would be needed to ultimately alleviate suffering. Dylan is a trained mindfulness and meditation instructor. He has co-authored academic research articles on the cognitive-affective science of contemplative practices and emotion regulation through his work at cognitive science lab. Dylan's own journey through suffering led him to mindfulness many years ago. He founded Contemplative Solutions to help organizations and their people flourish. Over the years Contemplative Solutions has served customers from coffee shops to law firms and many in-between. Dylan believes in the inherent wisdom within people, and wants to build systems that bring that wisdom out.</image:caption>
